I guess after yesterday’s veggie post, I gotta keep the edible theme going.
Below you will find 12 pics; 6 of them feature the Romanesco Broccoli and the other 6 showcase the infamous Purple Cauliflower.
well this is one of the strangest things I have ever seen and not just strange looking but strange sounding. This video features a group of people who have made an orchestra by playing different vegetables as a musical instruments.
The sounds they make our somewhat eerie but it’s cool to see people doing unique things like making music with edible instruments.
Yes! And this is for Petra, of course.
This is an enlightening clip from a film by James Burke called ‘Machine Thinking’. This is only a little bit of the original but still very good.
I guess you could say that the point of this video is that things are created in such a systematic way that all originality has been lost. People’s posessions and, if i may add, lives have been shaped into cookie cutter routines that ultimately produce rather than create. Wipe your tears, now.
Look at that face!
If you are ever out busting ass training to be a ninja with ur buddy and a group of people surrounds you… then bust out with the theme to Mortal Combat you know what to do; bust a move.
Like starwars? Like ghetto blasting?
Here ya go… i gotta admit its not the BEST video on the net, but @ :30 Yoda busts in with “Oh Shit!” and that is awesome.
Damn, I’m having a hard time NOT posting stuff this weekend… for some reason I’ve been coming across some awesome content such as this short film called SPIN.
The original description of this mini-film is as follows:
A mysterious DJ is sent to a busy city block to mend a series of tragic events that occur in our everyday lives. Winner of 35 film festival awards worldwide.
The flick is pretty cool, has a nice beat throughout and IMO is almost like the dj or possibly ‘God’ is remixing life on 1200s (NOT VESTAX) ;).
