Everett Bradford has created a home made, wrist worn flame thrower and it’s pretty cool.
There are two videos here. The first one Everett explains how all pieces of of the unit work together and runs through the construction of it. The second video actually shows him using it.
Really cool invention where the author cut out a section from an opened up harddrive and mounted timed LEDs under the disk.
When the disk spins he can control the timing of the LED flashes to create various clocks and color patterns.

This is a pretty elaborate stop motion video made by a graffiti artist. The art work moves across the wall and must have taken a REALLY long time to put together.

When water is supercooled but remains undisturbed, it does not freeze into a solid unless there is an impurity present (a rough surface, for example) for the cold water to crystallize around (a “nucleation” site). Disturbing supercold water also causes it to crystallize.
The same can happen to liquified sugar if a single grain of sugar falls back in the mix.
OK, normally I don’t really like to post commercials, but damn, this is a blast from PAST! I think this commercial came out around 1999 and I remember laughing back then too.
The song is called Flat Beat by Mr Oizo and the commercial was for Levis.
The author of this video is a fantastic “tech decker” and has put together this clip with a nice little artistic flare to it.
For those who don’t know, a tech deck is a finger skateboard.
