The Most Insane Hail Storm Ever. Period.
This was shot in Oaklahoma City and from the looks of things appears to be hail coming down the size of baseballs.
This stuff could probably kill or hurt someone pretty badly.

This was created by a guy named “melodysheep” aka John Bowells and it’s fantastic! You can visit his site here: colorpulse.
High speed motor fusion.
This robotic hand was developed in the Ishikawa Komuro Lab and displays some insane demonstrations of extreme dexterity. The hand can dribble a ping pong ball, spin a pen, throw, catch, and even tie knots!
It will be amazing when one of these things can go down into the ocean and repair say, a fiber optic line, without ever bringing up the cable.
It would also be convenient if I ever became severely obese and needed Thing T. Thing to tie my shoes.
As of today, this blog has 521 posts and I’m fairly certain this is my favorite one so far.
The video shows Sungha Jung playing a song called Sadepisara and the video footage is from a “small concert near the ChongKak Station” in the Republic of Korea.
Be sure to click the HQ and Full Screen icons on the youtube window.
More amazing footage from the BBC. This features a fox hunting for food in the snow by listening for his prey, then DIVING into the snow head first and pulling it out.
Be sure to watch this in HD by clicking the HD icon on the video. (Full screen is nice too)
Get a mop and bucket because you’re about to have you mind blown.
Danny MacAskill rides a bike like it’s an extension of his body. This guy is just an animal when it comes to bike tricks and you shouldn’t miss this.
A youtuber drawing Dr. Gregory House in what looks like charcoal.
This is an amazing piece of art!

So, here we have a video of two leopard slugs mating and I think it’s safe to say that this is one of the craziest thing I’ve ever seen.
The whole “dance” is actually pretty beautiful if you block out the fact that these are slugs getting it on.
As my friend Carolynn said after seeing this video… This guy should be an olympic gymnast. He is incredibly strong and you should really watch this — especially if you are looking to feel weak and decrepid.
Alexei Arkhipovskiy playing an instrument that is very similar to a ukulele but might be something different? If anyone knows the correct name i would really love to know (thank you!).
Edit: The instrument is called a Balalaika, it’s Russian and only has three strings! [wikipedia]
Definitely check this clip out if you are a music fan.

I dunno what is crazier… the shorts, or the fish?
This song is called Red Hills and the gentleman playing is Staffan Svahn. The youtube page said the following:
Yesterday evening I took off late for my daily run. When I ran up into our valley the sun was setting behind me. As I gazed up towards the hills they caught fire. For about a minute the hills glowed in the most spectacular shades of red.
The song is very layered and sounds great.
If you have ever had a bike stolen…. chances are PRETTY FREAKIN GOOD that it’s here => hella effing bikes!!!
The author of this video is a fantastic “tech decker” and has put together this clip with a nice little artistic flare to it.
For those who don’t know, a tech deck is a finger skateboard.
Who knew making kissy kiss noises would cause a flock of squirrels to surround you?
The Cat’s Eye Nebula (NGC 6543) is a planetary nebula in the constellation of Draco. Structurally, it is one of the most complex nebulae known, with high-resolution Hubble Space Telescope observations revealing remarkable structures such as knots, jets and sinewy arc-like features.
It was discovered by William Herschel on February 15, 1786, and was the first planetary nebula whose spectrum was investigated by the English amateur astronomer William Huggins in 1864.
Modern studies reveal several mysteries. The intricacy of the structure may be caused in part by material ejected from a binary central star, but as yet, there is no direct evidence that the central star has a companion. Also, measurements of chemical abundances reveal a large discrepancy between measurements done by two different methods, the cause of which is uncertain.
