Robert Jordan and Jackie Bange doing a little slappy slap during the commercial break! This is great.
The youtube page had this to say about the following video:
WGN News anchors Robert Jordan and Jackie Bange have been together for many years. This whole thing started out really small and simple. And then along came the internet, and a video camera, and you tube, and here we are with the funniest dance routine since that scene in Big. It’s the original, What News Anchors Do During Commercial Breaks. This one has the nat sound, not cheesy music.
Nothing like a little game of office “guess who”!
This is a rap about the many-a-fights with a copier/printer. Might be funny if you work a Digital Imaging solutions company.
This is an enlightening clip from a film by James Burke called ‘Machine Thinking’. This is only a little bit of the original but still very good.
I guess you could say that the point of this video is that things are created in such a systematic way that all originality has been lost. People’s posessions and, if i may add, lives have been shaped into cookie cutter routines that ultimately produce rather than create. Wipe your tears, now.
Think your job sucks? This picture is titled “Blackout” and i found it on spiegel.de. Here is the blurb that goes with the photo:
A coal miner takes a bath after finishing his shift at a mine in the north China province of Shanxi. China’s coal industry is the world’s most dangerous, as measured by the number of miners who are killed per year. In the first 10 months of 2007, there have been 3,069 deaths and on average since 2000, 6,000 miners have died in China every year.
High Voltage Cable Inspection on 0.5MV lines.
Guys are taken up by helicopter to the top of high voltage power lines where they then crawl out of the helicopter and ONTO the lines. Once on the lines they walk/crawl the lines as they do their inspection… if these guys mess up, they most likely fall to their death.
It appears to have been made out of rubber band material and when you stretch it out, the owner’s name and contact information becomes legible. Very COOL!
I want one.
Well, this letter has been floating around the net for a couple years now, but it’s great and i am reposting it here because I’m sure a few people will enjoy it.
And so it begins….
Dear Co-Workers,
As many of you probably know, today is my last day. But before I leave, I wanted to take this opportunity to let you know what a great and distinct pleasure it has been to type “Today is my last day.†Read more…
One of the best office pranks ever. Gotta see this one, some coworkers put tin foil on 100% of EVERYTHING in the guy’s office.
I found this on a blog called the video experiment. This is how the author described these 2 videos:
Here are 2 videos on the Office Renegades. Never seen these before and couldn’t locate any other videos that they may have done but these are hilarious. Basically 2 guys who have multiple personalities turn crazy in the office and take it out on the employees.
This is an EXTREMELY funny rant from a post found on craigslist.org. The guy pretty much breaks everyone down who works in his office and outlines their flaws and reasons why he hates them. I think the rant made it to Craigslist’s “BEST OF” section. The entire post is contained in this entry, so read more to see the whole thing. Read more…
