This is a quick one… In this clip a fat kid is holding on for his dear life during a roller coaster ride gone bad… well for him. His mom seems to be laughing it up.
I Found Your Diskette…

I found the disk you were so frantically looking for yesterday.
OK, OK…. I won’t leave you out, basically a diskette is made from a piece of plastic with iron oxide on it. Iron oxide is a ferromagnetic material which just means if you expose it to a magnetic field, it will stay permanently magnetized. And yes, i did say ferromagnetic. 🙂
So when you save something on a disk what happens is little particles of that iron oxide are magnetized to indicate if it represents a 1 or a 0. Binary!
This nice lady just put a magnet on her husband’s disk — which he had been frantically searching for — and most likely scrambled everything on that disk. Oops!
Hummers Are For Soccer Moms
Here is proof that hummers are completely worthless. In this clip a Toyota FJ 70 rescues a Hummer owned by the desert sands of Saudi Arabia…
It’s a good thing they move it too… chances are the Hummer would have been blocking a drilling site and thousands of Hummers in the USA might not get the oil/gas they need.
Quentin Tarantino Owns Jan Wahl
If you are from the San Francisco bay area you might know of Jan Wahl. Jan Wahl is a movie reviewer on KRON4 and in this video she is interviewing Quentin Tarantino regarding his movie Kill Bill.
As you will see Jan Wahl tries to attack Tarantino, and even from the start makes a rude comment about his looks. Tarantino handles the situation pretty well and owns Jan Wahl from start to finish.

John McCain’s MySpace Page Hacked
Here is a tasty nugget I picked up over @ tech crunch. John McCain’s myspace page was hacked, er… “enhanced” when his staff used a profile template designed by Mike Davidson.
Mike Davidson gives out the myspace profiles for free as long as you credit him as the author, but apparently McCain’s staff removed the mandatory credit link and in retaliation Mike Davidson pulled the ol Switch a Roo on one of his images.
