High speed motor fusion.
This robotic hand was developed in the Ishikawa Komuro Lab and displays some insane demonstrations of extreme dexterity. The hand can dribble a ping pong ball, spin a pen, throw, catch, and even tie knots!
It will be amazing when one of these things can go down into the ocean and repair say, a fiber optic line, without ever bringing up the cable.
It would also be convenient if I ever became severely obese and needed Thing T. Thing to tie my shoes.
